Touring Team Assistant – Classical Concerts (m/f/d)
To strengthen our touring team, we are looking for a Touring Team Assistant – Classical Concerts (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.
The role focuses on providing organisational support to our team for classical concert events and touring engagements in Germany and other European countries.

Your responsibilities
- Provide organisational support to the touring team in day-to-day operations
- Prepare and maintain event documents, lists and data
- Assist with correspondence with artists, venues and service providers
- Support the organisational preparation and follow-up of concert events
- Assist with general administrative processes in the touring department

Your profile
- A genuine interest in and affinity for classical music
- Strong organisational skills and a careful working style
- An independent, reliable and responsible approach
- Confidence using common office applications
- A professional and friendly manner
- Very good German and good English
Initial professional experience in events, culture or administration is an advantage, but not a requirement.
