Touring & Event Manager – Classical Concerts (m/f/d)
Ad Maiora Holding GmbH is a Dresden-based corporate group active in a range of business areas. This position is intended for Malinovsky Events GmbH & Co. KG within the group.
Under the Dresdner Residenz Konzerte brand, Malinovsky Events GmbH & Co. KG presents classical concerts in Dresden and touring engagements at renowned venues in Germany and across Europe. To further develop our touring activities, we are seeking a Touring & Event Manager – Classical Concerts (m/f/d). The role combines independent organisation of touring engagements with active acquisition of new promoters, venues and bookings.
Your responsibilities
- Plan and organise touring engagements and classical concert events
- Actively acquire new promoters, venues and touring opportunities
- Prepare and calculate proposals
- Negotiate and coordinate with promoters and business partners
- Coordinate venues, service providers and organisational processes
- Support existing promoters and develop new contacts
- Independently manage touring engagements from the initial enquiry through to complete organisational preparation
Your profile
- Professional experience in event management and/or event sales
- Strong organisational skills and an independent working style
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner
- Negotiating ability and enthusiasm for active acquisition
- Very good written and spoken German
- English skills are an advantage
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel
