2. Provision of the website

When this website is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include the IP address, time of access, requested page, browser type and operating system. Processing is necessary to provide a secure and functional website and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Consent and audience measurement

With your explicit consent, we measure visitor numbers, requested pages, truncated referrer information and countries of origin. Analytics starts only after you select “Allow analytics”. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG.

No analytics cookies or browser storage are used to recognise visitors. The IP address and browser identifier are processed only transiently and are not stored in plain text. A secret key is used to derive a pseudonymous identifier. It is deleted after no more than 90 days; page, source and country values are stored only as daily aggregates. We do not use the data for advertising or profiling, recognise visitors across websites or combine it with other datasets.

Your choice is stored for six months in a technically necessary consent cookie. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect through “Privacy settings”. If you decline, analytics remains disabled.

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
